[Groff] Interim release of mom -- 1.1.2a

Hi.

There's an interim release of mom (1.1.2a) at

Three main reasons for the release:

  1. The .PS (point size) and .TS (alias of .TAB_SET) conflict with pic
     and tbl have been corrected.  .PS is now .PT_SIZE, and .TS has
     been removed.
  2. The .tr calls in .CAPS that dealt with glyphs needed to be
     rewritten.
  3. To sync the filenames in the mom tarballs posted on mom's homepage
     with those in groff/contrib/mom.

The changes will be reflected in groff/contrib/mom when Werner puts
them in the repository.  Meanwhile, if you want an up-to-date mom, you
can get her from her homepage.
