Excellent; very accurate and blazingly fast -- about 40 pages/second on my 1.5GHz Athlon. I mostly use HTML output and advanced heuristics (stop sniggering, Scovell*) to convert to more meaningful markup.
It's shaping up to be the third piece of commercial Linux software I've bought since 1995.
