[Groff] Translation of mm manual ..

 I have mostly done the translation of the swedish mm manual, however I 
cannot build it with 1.18 ... neither the original, does anybody know 
where the fault is ?

 I have been trying to look at thing's but can't find the error, I get 
an infinite loop from a .H macro invocation ?
