I splitted fr.tmac in two files: fr.tmac and trans.tmac.  The idea is to 
separate locale dependant and locale independant stuffs.  This way other 
languages can be added just by creating new files similar to fr.tmac (de.tmac 
for german, el.tmac for greek, ...)
Note: I think the locale string defined in fr.tmac and used in trans.tmac is 
useless but I kept it like that (maybe this string can be used elsewhere in 
order to know what is the current language).

I also added some accented capitals in the translations.
