I extended the roff2* programs. Additionally, there is now a limited mode
when groffer is not available. In this case, the programs need only grog
and groff. But then only file names and standard input can be used as
arguments. The groffer man page search patterns is not available.
When groffer is available the roff2* programs work in the old fashion.
