Ok wait, I have got it working.

I decided to try in a virgin doc, with only the table.

.TBL cols=1
.  TR .TD <smallcaps, size +2<Pensamientos Negativos Que Nutren Al Ego>

This works very well.  Been splitting my hair trying to get this done with
TBL and was able to get this done in a few minutes with hdtbl!  Wonderful
macro!
