[grt-talk] Deployment Questions

How should GRT 0.1 be deployed? I have a couple of alternatives in mind,
but am not quite certain if no 2. would be more trouble than worth at this
stage. Any other options that come to mind? Also, how much documentation do
we need at this stage?

Alternative 1:

 - Just The Sources 'Mam

Alternative 2:

 - Sources

 - Build script that works for CMUCL and makes a custom image.

 - grt.el that defines function run-grt, which runs ilisp with
   the grt-image.

 - Install script that installs a /usr/local/grt that runs
   CMUCL with the custom image.
