Hi,

Well, I just write a small script to detect files that needs updating.
BTW, I use git to access the svn repository:

grep -lie "Copyright (C).*\(199[0-9]\|200[^9]\) *Free" `git diff
--stat @{2009-01-01}..HEAD 2>/dev/null | grep '|' | cut -d\  -f2`
2>/dev/null
