Include os-prober in Grub2 builds

os-prober is a fork of the same in debian.  It is now included in Fedora Repos ...

This is a critical piece of grub2 development that is needed to populate and restore grub 2 when there are changes or issues.

I have tested it and confirm that it is as good as it's debian cousin
