Right, sounds reasonable. Let's throw out unnecessary precision.

This sounds too inconsistent to me. (And unprecise: an actual clicking
50.4 would be displayed as 50.) A compromise would be to display the 0.x
digit in the UI, but always clamp the value to integer values when using
the slider, arrows etc. but allowing the keyboard input of tenths.

Otherwise, a complete change to integer values would also be OK for me.
