Can you guys sanity-check this one?
The method scm_cons_source references scm_source_whash, which is only
defined when DEBUG_EXTENSIONS is defined. I therefore wrapped the
whole method inside DEBUG_EXTENSIONS.
I also disabled the use of `inline' - it needs to be used through
a define so it can be disabled.
