guile-cvs gets branching all wrong...

Hi,

the diff below does not correspond to the actual change that I did to
the release-1-6 branch.  (I noticed this problem already for the
vcells-cleanup branch, but i didn't bother then.)  The diff is not
between 1.18 and 1.18.2.1 but between 1.17 and 1.18.  The URL is
correct, tho.  From the vcell-cleanup branch, I think it doesn't work
for in-branch diffs, either (i.e. from 1.18.2.1 to 1.18.2.2).

That's pretty bad.  Anyone knows more about his?
