Compiler/optimizer bug

There has been a compiler bug in master since at least March 2.

  (map (lambda (lst)
         (write lst) (newline)
         (apply (lambda (a b c)
                  (+ a b c))
       '((1 2 3)))

Guile evaluates the expression above correctly, but if you comment out
the "(write lst) (newline)", it fails with the following error:

  Throw to key `wrong-number-of-args':
ERROR: Wrong number of arguments to #<procedure 96b9e30 at standard
input:105:5 (a b c)>

Same problem happens if you replace the map with "for-each", "any", etc.
