Hi, A team is about to start designing/writing a molecular graphics program. No code has been written yet. They need a command language to do e.g. scripting and atom/molecular manipulations and "command prompt". At the moment the team are thinking of using python as the base language. Is is possible to design the program so that the user gets to choose the command language? I of course would be interested in using guile. e.g.: alter (chain D) chain="E" alter (resi 1:50) ajust-residue-number +45 (or whatever syntax) Hope this makes some sense... Paul.
