folks,

digging around, i see there are many implementations of "find"
in guile scheme, written by various people: Marco Maggesi, Alex
Shinn, David Lutterkort, and so on back through the ages.

it would be nice if guile users could concur on an API
preference that builds on the strengths of these efforts, so
that we may include a "scripts/find" w/ guile at some point.

in any case, the shell-command interface should probably be
congruent w/ GNU find.  mapping find's unique shell-command args
syntax to the programming interface is the other important
component of this effort.

anyone interested in this archeological integration job?
