guile-gcrypt 0.3 available

I've started to wrap libgcrypt, a general purpose cryptographic
library.  Currently, only the message digest algorithms are wrapped
but I will add more functions as time permits and needs arise.  In
addition to the "native" interface, an scsh-style MD5 interface is
provided.

I use Guile 1.6 but I've briefly checked the bindings with Guile 1.4
and 1.7 and everything seems to work fine.
