That’s because Guile doesn’t have a code of conduct and no documented
processes to handle issues.
I’d personally be in favor of adopting a relevant code of conduct with
documented processes. That would need discussion among the maintainers
first (Andy Wingo, Mark H Weaver, and myself.)
