Same error for store.scm?  Could you investigate?  (The ‘log-file’ tests
should be quite simple.)

Perhaps sqlite3 --version, and:

  ldd $(which sqlite3) | grep sqlite
  ldd $(which guix-daemon) | grep sqlite

On my machine both refer to sqlite-3.7.15.2 installed with Guix.
