[PATCH 0/7] Add Stow.

This patch set adds GNU Stow and its dependencies.

I'm not sure I did the propagate-inputs thing right, but it seemed necessary
as otherwise I had to manually propagate inputs to satisfy the load
requirements of some of the later modules.
