Subject: [PATCH] packages: Add zip archive support to 'patch-and-repack'.

* guix/packages.scm (%standard-patch-inputs): Add "unzip".
  (patch-and-repack)[decompression-type]: Detect zip archive.
  [build]: Invoke "unzip" when appropriate.
