Or you can just press "I" on the .info file in a dired buffer.
This "I" key (bound to 'dired-info') becomes available when you use
'dired-x'. I personally have the following in my ".emacs":
(with-eval-after-load 'dired
(require 'dired-x))
although the manual recommends another way:
(info "(dired-x) Installation")
