Oops, my bad.  Fixed in commit d46c4423f46278bd2f96770ceb0667431414349e.
(For me ‘guix package’ and ‘guix build’ worked fine, but that depends on
‘GUIX_PACKAGE_PATH’; ‘guix refresh’ was failing as show above.)
