I verified this: These 80 seconds are with "-m 2048 -smp 2 -enable-kvm".
I have read/wrote-access to /dev/kvm. My $HOME is on a NFS-share, but
the cwd is /tmp (tmpfs) and the store is on a SSD. I'm sharing my
development-dir (which is on the NFS-share), changing run-vm.sh to share
/tmp instead did not speed up things.
