This change breaks "tzdata-for-tests". Are there preferences to either:
1) Take the 2360 packages rebuild hit (and update dbus, glib and
friends); or
2) Copy the old package definition to "tzdata-for-tests".
I'm leaning towards 2), and instead do a new core-updates round in the
near future, since the previous core-updates took way longer than normal.
