* doc/guix.texi: Replace all references to "--no-grub" by
"--no-bootloader".

Here's a follow up of patch a9eadc06ac57846aaa8fdeb550b32e44f59c9437.
I'm not sure whether or not I shall mention that --no-grub still exists
for compatibility reasons.
