1. Ouch-- make key bindings work again; I didn't uncommment
   two important lines last time.

2. Add FallbackSceneDecorator interface that adds additional
   decoration (besides the view) into a Fallback vobscene.

3. Add DimDecorator that shows the current dimensions.

4. Add LastOpDecorator that shows the currently pending
   directional op (currently not very useful, because
   vobscenes interpolate even when they shouldn't, causing
   a delay before the vobscene with the pending op appears)

5. Experimentally make RandomNamespace insecure (using a
   non-secure randomizer). If this gives a speedup, we should
   have an option so that we can use this while testing
   (must not use this when actually writing data to the disk).
