Oh, sorry :/ My lack of experience with python... well, I don't have 
better ideas to define JNI dependency in test file. But your fix seems to 
be better, since it doesn't require anything special new in test files.

Hope, there raises no java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError or 
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError with non-JNI tests :/
