Status: None => Invalid
Open/Closed: Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #1:
You can't create a sales order from a prescription, never existed that
feature. You can create an invoice from a prescription.
Stock levels have nothing to do with prescription orders. The prescription
order can be made for the patient to get their medicament at an external
pharmacy outside the health center running GNU Health.
