Details:

The new functionality must allow to create the doctor schedules (with time
range per day of week).
So, at the time of confirm an appointment, the system must check if the doctor
it's free or busy in that day and hour.
If the doctor it's busy for the selected datetime, the appointment
confirmation should not be allowed.
It's also needed to have the  free appointments list per doctor, in that way,
the user could see the patient options at appointment assignation time
