We are prolly gonna want other kinds of control too. e.g. percentage of
rule vs gafs vs deduction vs justified deduction, etc etc.
In that case, you need to put both the rev & unrev statement in the same
"item group". For example, old style:
GROUND
UNREV
The river Danube is a river.
GROUND
REV
The river Danube is not a river.
And new style:
GROUND
UNREV
The river Danube is a river.
REV
The river Danube is not a river.
