Multi-language output is being worked on for almost a year now.  I
urge you to read bison 1.28, and the CVS head to see the changes.
Today it is slowly becoming possible, but it is not finished yet.
Give us some time, or if you want to help, I can point you to area
which need work, but do not start at random points.

But it is currently still to early.  The mutation of Bison is not
finished yet.
