Hi.
All my machine (RedHat and Solaris) has :
- no shared disks (no NFS)
- var-partition (/var) is mounted with noexec (security)
I want to install cfengine in /usr/local/cfengine/ (noexec in /var). To make
cfexecd to work I need to do 'configure --with-workdir=/usr/local/cfengine'.
cfengine is running with no problem. All files is in /usr/local/cfengine/.
Now I read about LogDirectory
http://www.cfengine.com/docs/cfengine-Reference.html#LogDirectory
I try LogDirectory = ( /var/cfengine ) but it dont work (no effect). Is it
possible to put files i /var/cfengine/ if WORKDIR=/usr/local/cfengine/ ??
-benny
