Now that I know about it, nothing.  But it's not clear from the
documentation that cfenvd even knows this file exists.  There's no mention
of cfenvd in the description (I searched the Reference for cfenvd before
sending my email), and I assumed it was largely independent of cfengine
itself.  Apparently not.
