DoOnce Actions

Hello:

I'm using cfengine-2.1.10 on a number of hosts.   I believe there was the 
new capability added to the 2.1.x series that allows the definition of a 
class that will perform an action once.   Am I mistaken?   I've been 
unable to find references to this, but I could swear it's been discussed 
on the list previously.
