Interesting.  We would have to implement our own version of this though
right?

Well one person typically creates a patch.  And in the mean time use -D
sun_os_10 for example.  or -D fedora_3 when calling cfengine.  Then wait
for the next release.

It would be nice to have it though.  Add it to the wishlist on
cfwiki.org.
