Hello,everyone!
I have installed cfengine-2.0.6 on two machines with Linux os ( one host is "orchis" the other is "opennms-server" ) in one subnet. Now i want to copy one file from orchis to opennms-server. So i use cfrun.hosts to configure cfrun daemon to invoke remote cfengine on opennms-server.
Because these two machines arein the same subnet, there is no DNS server in the subnet, and there is no domain in the subnet.
But i use domain name "bise.com " in each config file. And i define "orchis.bise.com orchis" and "opennms-server.bise.com opennms-server" to the corresponding ip addresses in /etc/hosts files on both hosts.
But when i run "cfrun -v" on "orchis" host, there is a problem as the following:
[root@orchis root]# cfrun -v
Domain name = bise.com
GNU Cfengine server daemon -
2.0.6
