You probably invoked "apropos-command" as opposed to
simply "apropos", which delivers:
w32-enable-unicode-output
Variable: Enable the use of Unicode for text output if non-nil.
Plist: variable-documentation
But try also studying the "International" node in the
online emacs Info file. (\C-h i)
