New version is on the way.
I have uploaded a new patched version that is compiled with image support.Beside the image support the new version also carries with it some gnuwin32 binaries that should make it quite a bit more easy to get started using Emacs I hope. The binaries included are grep, diff, find etc. To use those from inside emacs you must set the variable w32shell-shell to 'cmd. (This can be done from the menus: Options - Customize EmacsW32.)
