I just downloaded 
http://ourcomments.org/Emacs/DL/EmacsW32-only/EmacsW32-alone-1.56.zip and 
checked in there for \EmacsW32\gnuwin32\w32emacsclient.h and it looks the same 
as my copy.  Maybe that's not where I should be looking?
