For ages I've been using Emacs 21.3.1 under Windows.  I just installed Emacs 23.4.1.  When I start 21.3.1, Emacs' window is positioned exactly in the upper left corner of the screen.  But when I start 23.4.1 the window's position seems to be selected randomly.  Is this controlled by XP's window manager or by Emacs?  Is there some way I can force Emacs 23.4.1's window to always be positioned at specific coordinates of my choosing?
