It works just fine after unpacking it in C:/LocalApps/Hunspell..

(setq ispell-program-name "C:/LocalApps/Hunspell/bin/hunspell")

I copied them in C:/LocalApps/Hunspell/share/hunspell and renamed 
/Italian/it_IT/

All this has been sufficient to spell-check (in english and italian) the 
buffers!
