Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug. If you can, give
a recipe starting from `emacs -Q':
After the last Windows update: Feature Update version 1803, the dead
keys no longer work. I have set the English International keyboard, and
pressing first an accent (e.g. ') and then a letter (e.g. a) the result
on the current buffer (e.g. the scratch) is: a. The accent appears if I
hit another key after "a", e.g. a space. So, hitting ' a space the
result is a'.
Before this Windows update, the result of ' a was á.
If Emacs crashed, and you have the Emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
`bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
