I tried to compile this using my rather old CW pro 5 compiler for MacOS pre-X:

- In scanopt.c, I had to
  #include <limits.h>
in order to get the macro INT_MAX.

- Some file missed the
  #include <flexdef.h>
-- I think it was the tables_shared.h file.
