I think this may be a bot of some sort.  This message has arrived
repeatedly at comp.compilers, I've given him the same answer as
everyone else (scanning Fortran with flex is a terrible idea, with a
link to my Fortran 77 C lexer and yacc parser that I've been giving
away for 15 years) but I've never gotten any response other than more
copies of the same message.
