Intall Doxygen first. autoDoc is generated by Doxygen.

Download Charmer. For example at
http://btn1x5.inf.uni-bayreuth.de/~muellerw/Charmer-0.2b.tgz
It *should* be available at http://viper.unige.ch, too.
