using cvs to get latest gnatsweb release

Hello all
 
As I've mentioned in a previous post, I am still unable to use gnatsweb
to talk to my gnats installation.  Someone mentioned to me that maybe
am using the incorrect version of gnatsweb so I connected o the cvs 
site and downloaded the current release as the instructions on the
website say:
 
     Get the current Gnatsweb 4 development code as follows:
 
     cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/gnatsweb login
     (press "enter" when prompted for password)
     cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/gnatsweb co
     gnatsweb

 But when I go into the resulting folder the readme states in plain
 english that this is the wrong version to use with gnats 4.  Is the
 readme wrong or am I getting te wrong code off the repository?
