Stepping down

Hi folks,

for the last year and a half, I was "missing in action" as gnatsweb
maintainer most of the time.

Back in late 2000, I had accepted gnatsweb maintainership because we were
lacking a maintainer, I already had an account on the box with the CVS
repository (recall that this was pre-savannah.gnu.org), and we used
gnatsweb for the gcc.gnu.org site from where I backported patches and
contributed some of my own.

While I hope these contributions and my efforts to restart gnatsweb
maintainance and resolve some copyright issues were useful, these days
it's really Yngve who has taken the torch and is doing all the work (and
well so), and I think it's overdue that I formally step down.

Have fun in hacking and using gnatsweb (and otherwise :-); and thanks
a lot for the good cooperation, Yngve and Milan and the others!
