Entity too large error.

Hi,
I am getting this error while trying to change the state of the pr from
open to moreinfo.


Error
Request not processed:Request entity too large.

After goolging it, the closest help I got was to change the Apache
setting value for LimitRequestFieldsize.  But changing this to 16380
gave an error while starting apache that the web server is compiled with
a max value of 8190. Even after setting the value to max that is 8190, I
cannot change the state of the PR.
