Anyone have a way to email the complete, formatted text of a PR to
someone?
Our support people use Gnatsweb. That tool allows you to email a link
to the PR to so-called "interested parties". But, we keep our GNATS
data base behind our corporate firewall, which makes that link useless
to customers or anyone else without GNATS access.
It would be nice if we could somehow email the HTML table (or
equivalent) as formatted by Gnatsweb when you display a PR. Some have
resorted to "View Page Source" in Firefox with copy/paste most of the
HTML found there (less buttons at the top of the page, attachments,
etc). That's quite a bit of manual effort for a function that seems
like it should be there already!
