rmail & rmime

Hello,

I use rmail under  Emacs,  with rmime format,  and  I noted that  when
receiving a mail  with an attached file,  I can get this attached file
by typing ^C ^C.

But  how to do  in order to *attach*  a file to  a mail  ? Until now I
wasn't able to find out how to do that.
